The missing texture is in whatever map the first campaign mission uses.

It's the texture of the little bush that you can walk through. Instead of being a bush, it's just a little white square. I can't tell from the log what's missing or anything

Looks like your trying to play the first mission for WoI which is basically the caves map. There are no affected textures for that map that i can see. It does seem that your missing your Small Map Shots for your Desert Seige maps.. which may be an issue with your MP1 folder. I would start without the mod first then see if the bushes on Caves still appear the same way. Also .. some map mod overhauls do some funny things. Like the bushes on Hammer from the DBL Final. Put your Tree Detail to the highest setting and see if that corrects the issue.. also i have some Folder sizes for your personal comparison to see if yours matches a non-altered version of the folder (as it should be for these specific folders).

/Mods/Origmiss/Map/m01_Caves/  9,653,535 bytes with 38 Items

/Mods/War of Infamy/Textures/   46,623,245 bytes with 114 Items

Also.. did you have the other 2 mods on for WoI? Did you have on Island Thunder? Did you have on Desert Seige?

Yeah I had all 3 WoI mods on, but not mp1 or mp2. The m01_Caves folder checks out fine, but Textures in WoI is 46,623,245 bytes with 137 items, not 114. I guess I should activate Desert Siege while playing WoI?

Yes you should, as with all mods DS should stay active.

Having DS on doesn't fix the problem, though

Actually, this is stupid. It's missing some of the American skins also. It gets annoying because half of the guys are wearing pure white uniforms :\
