Hmmm first reaction was the overwhelming urge to throw up all over myself.
then i kinda wondered if this might be mighty good for apple and their future content distribution...

Well, Disnay isn't only Mickey Mouse etc... they also own several TV stations here in the US, like ABC, who have the series Lost, Desperate Housewives and others. They have a HUGE influence in the market and it can only be good for Apple with Steve Jobs' influence in the Board of Directors.

He is the biggest shareholder. Yeah he is the biggest.. but there are other people who has shares in the company as well.. Which makes him the biggest, but one of the biggest also..
