The cbs in question were:

http://www.damnr6.com/clanladder/index.php?module=showcb&cbID=3983 (as a consequence Tribe exceeding the cb limit)

*DBL Rules 3.8(8) I.4 page 5:

CQB Ladders: are limited to clan play only.
Max. amount of cbs vs. same clan: NONE
Max. amount of cbs vs. same clan in a row: 2

Both clans receive 0.5wps and further to prevent  any unfair advantage based on those cbs z][t has to cb two clans, aside from Tribe, in at least 1 GhR CQB cb each until the 7th october 2005 12:00pm CET.
If z][t fails to do so the cb(#3931) will be voided, otherwise it will be approved.

z][t receives this extra penalty/demand because they would benefit most of this rule violation.

And magnetic is 100% right, it's too hard to find a cb.
I Don't know if clans doesn't enjoy playing us, or is afraid of us or why they have to say No we can't cb, even if they are 8 of their people on.

All us ( z][t ) want's is some good cb fun, that's why we joined the ladder.
And i would never say no to a cb if we had a team on, and a clan that has won so many seasons asked me for a cb. i would instead call my troops and go in that freaking game and kill that clan.

For the RvS Ladder, clans like dr. and c| has asked me/my clan for a cb.
I'm sorry when we have rejected all these cb's, since my cd was broken and i just got it back then we only had 1 rvs player and he is inactive. ( Hawk ) - i spoke to him today and he's up for some rvs cb's but since he isnt much on anymore then it would have to be a scheduled so leave me a note or messages about date and time and i'll set it up, no worries..

Come on at night and we'll cb you... a lot of cO is in high school/college now and it's difficult to cb any euro clans... it's nothing against you.  You can't really expect clans to cb you at 7am our time (considering I haven't seen you on our time), even if I were awake and paying I wouldn't cb.

I'm just wondering... but shouldn't NSF recieve warning points for cbing with unregistered members ad repeated offense... at the time of the cb's they only had the leader on members list.

We only got asked for cbs by TRIBE so far.

While we ask any clan with 3 or more guys online every day.

Most likely yes.  Check with Twist, he's clan leader......but I'm sure we are game for 2 on 2's.

z][t is given a chance to have their 3rd CB in a row vs Tribe count???  What about when -Po- clan battled =US= 3 times in a row, you immediately voided this match and removed a win from our record, even though that was only =US='s 2nd in a row vs -Po-.  We were never given the option to CB 2 other clans by a certain date in order for our CB to count, does this rule only apply to z][t??

Infact a lot of clans refuse to play us for some reason. Even on weekends. I mean the timezones are nobodies fault but actually during the weekends it should be possible to play at least one CB.

For our situation is no rule set up, Mauti. There should be one that sais "you have to CB each clan at least 2 times" or so... w/e ... activity is not that high on this ladder because of timezones. On the other hand I get a lot of lame excuses by certain players that always sound like: "oh no, gotta go in a bit" and these guys stay online for at least 1-2 more hours. So wtf is wrong with that.

I personally miss the fun on that and will suggest in the z][t forums not to sign up for season XII.

we've already cbd you guys your time... so you can't say we're not willing, it's just more difficult since school has started. But it seems you guys expect the US clans to cb you guys when you never come on during our main times.

And honestly mags... =US= is the only clan that has asked us for a ghr cb, the one time you guys asked us (during your time, our morning) we accepted.
