Its not against the law to insult anyone.
Civil servants or otherwise.
You cannot threaten anyone however.
We have still have free speech and a constitution.
He was detained for twenty minutes, released and NOT charged.

hah, i was arrested on similiar grounds and thus released, but good for him, I would of actually jump kicked cheyney and accepted some federal time in prison.
