From the Local newspaper Crime Scene:

Hudson Street, 3800 block, August 3, 9:40 p.m. A man told police that he tried to buy a Mr. Tasty ice cream from a truck for his son. When the customer complained the amount of ice cream was too small, the vendor pretended to put more on. When the customer complained again, the ice cream man spat in the customer's face and pulled a gun and threatened the customer, then drove away.
