I just got Tiger yesterday and I was wondering what kind of widgets you guys use to do your everyday ordinary tasks. I've got a couple, but I wanted to see what all I am missing.

I looked at the dashboard and widgets about 3 times a day for the first week I had Tiger.

Haven't bothered to even click the middle mouse button to look at them since.........  "waste of time"....

I didn't use the widgets too much after the first week of Tiger...just didn't seem to have enough screen space to fit in all the ones I wanted to use.  But I just got this Apple 20-inch Cinema Display and WOW...I can have every widget open at the same time with room to spare!  I use about 30 of the top widgets off the Apple site.

I use the BBC news widget all the time. No need to log on to the BBC site and start the media player, just launch the widget and you are good to go. Grin

The conversion widget is by far the most usefull (and actually i think its damn excellent) widget i've found so far, be it time, currency, distance etc etc this daddy does the lot, and instantly.

I also use the weather widget a lot, System Stat (sysStat), the yellow pages, skype and the calculater... I also keep thinking about signing up to 'send sms' which lets you send really freaking cheep SMS messages from a slick little widget - but i still havn't got round to it!!

I found the dictionary/theasaurus to be pretty damn weak, but i sometimes waste a bit of time playing 'dope wars' Cheesy
