I got an email from Mauti saying he is still alive and well. I didnt ask him if I could post his reply email that he sent me but I dont think he will mind.

Dude, are you still alive and kicking? The natives are getting restless. I just hope all is well and your just busy with school work or off on a long awaited vacation because school is now over for the summer. Anyway, I think it would be appreciated by the community if you made some sort of post. Not really nice to just disappear like you did.

Hi Voodoo,

first I don't have vacations here - they start 2nd july and until this date I have still a lot to do. Of course they are getting restless. Whenever I think I gonna have some time I get another big thing to learn for university. At least I finished another big software project this week. Until tomorrow I have to finish a project about invisible internet networks and then I have 1 week break to learn for the 2 final exams.

Voodoo I haven't forgotten about you or the community, that's for sure. Just the university pressure is incredible.

Alright I'm going - have to finish this experiment about the networks.

As a high school student who lives on cheap American beer I take offense to that Civic. I have actually learned to like coors light a lot.

I too take offense to that. Besides, it's not the taste that matters, it's the price.

You have to be smart. If for 12 bucks, you can get 500 ML of 90 proof, or you can get 1200 ML of beer, you obviously have to take the 90 proof. Assuming you're one of those people who just can't take hard alcohol, you have to make the same decisions with beer.

The only time to drink good beer is when someone else is buying.

I hate beer.  And I can say this for sure having tried nearly every beer made everywhere in the world.  When I do drink (which is VERY rarely), I prefer mixed drinks made with Vodka.

If you ever do catch me in a social situation for work with a beer, it will always be a Miller Light, because the local Miller distributor buys all his fleet trucks from me.[/size]

Tequila, half lime, and salt.

Cut a lime in half, put salt on top of it. Take a shot of tequila, and then lick the lime. That'll top any mixed drink out there.

The only thing I mix is gin, just because I can't physically take straight shots of it. I usually mix it with enough lemonaid or OJ that it still tastes absolutely horrible, but I can choke it down.

Tequila with lime & salt is my favorite, but just straight Scotch isn't bad. Butterscotch schnops is heaven if you can get your hands on it.

Oh, I guess I should throw in SOMETHING on topic. . . Mauti, go live life for a day, go get wasted for me.

I think everyone here knows how to take a tequila shot.

You should make a gin bucket. Step 1: find a bucket, Step 2: fill it with gin and tonic water(or seltzer? that night is sort of fuzzy) also cut up some lemons and limes. Step 3: find a turkey baster, use it to suck the gin out of the bucket, drink, repeat.

I don't recomend this one...had some personal experience with it...Flatliner: Tabasco, Tequila, and Sambuca...equal parts. And one more thing, I want to underline this, when your sambuca runs out, and all you got left is tabasco and tequila, do not, I repeat, DO NOT try to mix those to alone....



oh, final warning, do not let this shot get anywhere near your tounge when you drink it.

oh, i had a friend at school who was taking shots of tabasco as a chaser. he said it worked great.
