CC:FTF Ladder

I personally think that since FTF is a crossplatform game that was release for both MAC and PC at the same time should be a MAC/PC ladder. I havnt seen any PC ladders out there yet for FTF and would love to take my team up against any MAC clan.

I think it would be an excellent Idea, GR is going to support it though, so hopefully we would be able to ip join or either find some other online gaming place that allows peecee'rs to play as well as mac'rs

There are several problems with introducing a PC/Mac ladder under DAMN - firstly, and obviously damn is a mac league, and under current rules all games must be played from Game-ranger. Second up ive already heard some very nasty bits of information regarding Hacks etc being rapidly created, used and distributed between PC players - which equals a big invite for a lot of problems for running and maintaining a ladder - especially without such gifts as replays from GhR.

The last time I checked Battlefield 1942 wasnt supported by Gameranger.... so is that some sort of exception to the rules? 

As far as the hacks go for the PC side of FTF I havnt seen or heard anything about it. I am sure given time they will be there but for the time being I think we are fairly safe.

We had a BF1942 Test ladder and yes i guess it was an exeption where we had a game that at that time had no GR support.

Weak, Sheix and Co, its great if you guys are going to run through some different set ups, if you can PM me and/or send us any thoughts and feedback you get from those games it would be much appreciated, wish i could come join you playing but im just snowed under!
