One more q, if some one finds out, and they band you, will they band your IP, or your account?  I would think IP, because that seems to be the way they do it most of the time.

From what I hear, Evill has the ability to not only ban your IP and your account...but also your Mac's personal electronic signature.  Forget what it's called.  So, even if you switched IP's, your mac itself would still be banned.  Just what I've heard.  And can anybody tell me what that's called?  Mac address?  Something like that.

What you mean is the MAC address (wikipedia), which is supposed to be unique for every network adapter. It is possible to change it though.
