1) Advising individuals on their style of play and how to tactically improve it in both individual and team settings (roles of a leader, roles of operatives)
2) Developing tactics for use by clans and squads, both adversarial and cooperative
These come in varying amounts, obviously, because not everyone wants an entire new repertoire of gameplay.
