.iP. suspended from the rest of the season

.iP. exceeded the limit of 3.0 warning points. As a consequence .iP. is immediatly suspended from all ladders for the rest of the season.

All cbs .iP. did are still valid. So nobody gets there sheep back. You lost them in fair cbs.
.iP. was suspended due the exceeding of our warning points limit, and not because they cheated or played unfair! Further all non confirmed cbs against .iP. needs to be confirmed due the fact that you lost them fair.

Last but not least .iP. wasn't banned for having big sheep bets against -ViP-, such cbs are allowed by rules, as long as they were really played, what we assume. Even if -ViP- played unnecessary risky, it was legal.

My final note: .iP. you showed that you can play a lot of cbs and be successful, that a clan can have fun playing some games, but unfortunaly you weren't able to learn from your faults concerning the *DBL rules. You broke them way too often, and some of them more than once. However if there are so many rule violations we have to react and suspend .iP. from the *DBL season IX.

I thought the admins confirmed Uber being allowed to play until it was sorted out. I'm not saying he was just bringing it up incase you didn't know that.

If you read through the Ubertako thread(here), it is clear that BFG, in the name of the *DBL admins, never said he can play, only that we are sorting this out.

But you are right that we set him back on the list later, but that doesn't change the fact that they cbed twice(on 2 different days) before they asked us to help. You can find an explanation of our decision in the Ubertako thread.

I think it'll be a huge disapointment to many clans since .iP. was the most active clan on *DBL, we were fighting every clans for getting on that top and if anyone deserves it .iP. does.

since .iP. though uber could play ( SINCE THE *DAMN BL did put him back on *Ladder EVEN knowing HE COULDN'T PLAY (CIVIC) WITHOUT Saying he could play )

that was what we get the most warning points from , thats quite lame.

i hope all of u get a good season , this sucks it has to be this way  we were trying to have fun , but theres always something, like a little thing has to go wrong.

This is really disappointing. Since I am totally unaware of the events in question, I cant say who was at fault but its a real shame for the guys like myself, who just want to have fun killing each other! Ahh well, let the freelance killing commence! Grrrrr.

....probably because you don't know much about it like u said mysterio. but on the basic level Its quite simply thougand applies to everyone and all clans - certian actions on the BL recieve warning points - for instance illigally playing with newly registered clan members etc. If you break the rules to many times your WP add up... to many WP = a ban.

Also, submitting a fake cb was one of the more disturbing things we've ever seen a clan do as well.  But like BFG said, quite simply it was this and more that added up to enough warning points is all.  these are simple rules all clans are aware of and should abide by to keep things fair.

This SUCKS. Big time. Yeah, iP can't prove they played that cb but WTF 1,5 warning points? I say biased admins want him banned. I hear Tiro Fino CHEATED and got a 1 week ban (although rules state punishment will be much more severe, no?). Seems you guys want to ban Stripes for what his clan did. Ban Slayer for his crappy clan leadership (since he is the one RESPONSIBLE) and perhaps ban uber too, but let stripes and the other ip guys play.

Suspend Slayer and Ubertako and let iP play.

Do you believe Acri that falsely posting a cb that has never happend is not a serious offence?
Are you suggesting that we apply the *BL rules where and when it suits us?
The clan has been suspended as stated in *BL rules... nothing about banning stripes.

Tako, the BL dose not want kids who look to abuse and cheat the system, the BL looks to provide a fair and enjoyable playing field for all clans - of course having to suspend a clan is not either good for the comunity or the *BL but it has happend because of repeated breaches of the Rules that other clans abide by without question or complaint. It is not fair on them - hence why we have *BL Rules.

I don't know where the inpression that it is stripes fault the clan got banned for has come from but it is unfounded - there has been more than one incident which has resulted in breaches of BL rules and has resulted in WP being awarded. . Slayer is leader of the clan and is ultermatly responsible for his clan and the clan members action.
