So, have just heard the very brief synopsis of the report, but apparently an intelligence report was released today, and gives these two best/worst case scenarios for Iraq.

Best case: Very weak Iraqi government, that will probably require significant U.S. backing

Worse case: Full-blown civil war.

Anybody find a link to a complete transcript or better idea of whats inside it?

A civil war wouldn't be so bad... right?

I mean... it fixed the U.S...
