lol, lone, my brother was a competitive swimmer from middle school to know. He is now a junior and college. He has just been in China since June, and is now in winter training not having swum for 7 months. I can't even imagine how hard that is.

Ack crap, Im a bit more chilled now. Yeserday was not good

its not a 90minute walk to uni thank god - but it is a 40minute walk there, and a 40minute walk back ... damn good exersise considering i live at the top of a very big hill.. but its better to walk than sit my lazy ass in a car and well i can't find any rollerskates in a big enough shoe size... but thats not inportant either cos yeah that would be really -so- cool!

My bike got nicked while i was training on evening - i was on the water for 30 minutes and came back to find my D lock (still locked) around the railings but no bike... I was not exactly pleased!

As im sure you saw when your bro was around Spike, swimming only gets more insane the higher up the ladder of competition you go.  Even in highschool, 2 hours in the water every day minimum, and 3 times a week 2 hours of morning practice (starting @ 4:30) w/ 1 hour of weights and 1 of swimming.  It gets you in good shape in a hurry! Even though it hurts like hell and your hair turns green from the chlorine.    Oh wait, wrong smiley.  Here's the one i was looking for. 

Ask your bro what his 100 freestyle time is, i bet it's a 45 or lower, considering how hard it sounds like he's been practicing.

Bfg, you know what'll really cool you down? -23.3 degrees Celsius!  Mmm mmmm! What a way to wake yourself up in the morning!  Fortunately it's just about a 10 minute walk to any of my classes, but yeah, nice warm bed -> -23.3...im sure Mauti can appreciate what that feels like, and then some.    And that sucks about the bike, whatever bastard stole it will feel the wrath of an enraged bear  BFG someday i hope!  Was it a pretty nice bike? Or just hanging together, like mine is?  (well actually mine would be in pretty good shape if i didnt beat the crap out of it on a daily basis  )
