Lol, this guy modded his powerbook. He changed the 400Mhz processor to a 900Mhz model. And modded the case... Link

Its not really a mod, but still impressive.

did you read/look at the pictures crypt? He completely modified his old 400mhz laptop to fit a 900mhz upgrade chip. Pretty impressive.

This can also be done with a 700mhz. eMac, changes to a 1ghz. eMac. Though I would never try this because it consists of messing with the motherboard. (I'll try to find you an instructions link)
