This thread kinda came a bit too late, sounds like someone is jumping on the bandwagon. Lakers in 7. -> yes this contradicts my Lakers in a sweep prediction, but at least I am admitting I was wrong, I hadn't seen the Pistons play all year before that prediction.

I'm not jumping on the bandwagon...I've always wanted an east team to win NBA Finals, we haven't won one since Chicago Bulls era of dominance.

Until it's 3-1 viper, it means nothing, Lakers came back from 2-0 against the Spurs to win 4-2. They are completely capable of doing it, they just aren't playing Lakers basketball. I give credit to the Pistons for playing their A game, but I hope it's a close series slightly in favor of the Lakers.

Hallelujah, can't expect the dreamteam to win every year. They deserve to lose in my opinion, they did'nt even put forth an effort during regular season. They only come to play in the play-offs and now I hope the Pistons win the whole thing (not that I did'nt before) but the Pistons deserve the championship.
