Can't D/L mods

Everybody on Gameranger says I can D/L  DBL Pack for free at DAMN site. Seems it wants me to have a paid subscription though. Is this correct? They insist than no, there is a free D/L site:

But when I click on an item to D/L, it takes me to a page that says "These high-speed servers are for FilePlanet Subscribers only." If I click "download now" it says "Please log in to FilePlanet to download files. " Although I am already logged in. It also says "Already a member? Click to log in with your existing GameSpy ID. " When I do that, it tells me that the file could not be found. It happens with both DBL pake 1.5 and 2.0, which arer what I need. Am I doing soomething wrong?

Oh. I see the free servers are hidden WAY down at the bottom.

Yep you got it Its a commen issue that is brought up here again and again. You don't need to pay for the free servers - and the only issue with them over the premium servers is you might find you have to wait sometimes for a space in the queue and the DL speeds might be a little lower.

but the free servers slots are often free and fast (i know what i m saying i m dowloading from France)
