Mac OS X 10.3.4 released

This is really weird. Just had a phone call from my mate with the 15inch TiBook and the dodgey screen - he's turned the laptop on thismorning and the whole screen is totally scrambed. However when he launchs QIII it runs beautifully - he reckons he's even getting higher FPS than before. Soon as he quits though the screen screws up again.

Man,  Apple should insead of seeding the new OS's to developers they should seed it to everyday people like us so that we can test how it works. Shit, I think that some of the kids on this site test better then the Dev's can.


Oh, and also, I have seen improved game perfomance in both RvS and CoD. Also less lag bubbles when in close combat.

Yep i have noticed with CoD That i no longer get that meltdown processor grind that i had beofre (like the start of the russian campain just after you get of the boat)... its all fluid now and very smexy

well not much things help in the new update the list looks interesting and cool but the benifits dont have all that much

Since I installed the new update I have noticed that my g4 has a hell of a hard time starting up.
Normally it takes +- 25 sec,now it takes 2 to 3 min to start up normally  
WTF is wrong here ?
Did apple turn my g4 into a pentium 4

Hmm. did you find that it took a while for the computer to load the desktop? I havn't started the comp since the update but just sitting down this morning it sure did seem to take a while...

Yop, building the desktop takes ages now + I get the damn wheel of death while i wait.

Hmm wonder if it was rebuilding the desktop. - i did a couple of restarts, and each time it got faster - seems to be back to about normal time now!
