Police came to my house last night and told me and my parnets that the charge is Terroristic threats.

What a fucking joke, im going to canada

Damn.....Well, a scimilar thing happened to me(form Norway btw, no guns on the police here). I was 12 and forgot my toy gun in my friends brothers car when he drove us to this boy scout gathering....next thing I know his father is picking my friend and me up because he has been called up by the police. Long story short, his brother drove around and a friend of him played with the gun. The police arested them, confiscated the gun and slapped their hands....no terrorist charge there. As for me, well the police never gave my gun back after they had asked me out about it for 10 mins.

I know they have to respond on calls about guns, but terrorist charges??? That is a bit over the line. Sad

Terroristic threats? Are you seriouse? Wtf is terroristic threats? You didn't threaten anyone... you didn't wave the guns about shouting "lets scare some people and blow some shit up!" If america has desided to allow people to have normal guns, let alone fake airsoft guns... surely if your seen with them they can't do you for "terroristic threats"!? I thought people kept hand guns in their glove compartments over there....

Christ if i ever come over remind me not to sa "Boo" to someone - they might be terrified... wouldn't want to get myself locked up for terroristic threats.

Someone probably saw the gun and told 911 that there were several arabic men travelling on the highway towards the white house armed with heavy weaponry. Pathetic that they'd have to classify it as terroristic threats though...

I don't see how this is possible to get charges that great. How did the day go down? You pull up t o the bank take the guns out put them back in the car, then go into the bank? Tell us from time of arrival to time or being in the police car.

This is absurd.  People (i.e. AUTHOURITIES) are way to jumpy these days. That is what is wrong with this country.  We have a bad habit of attacking THE WRONG PEOPLE!

I hope they realize exactly how ridiculous this is.  It is such a waste of my tax dollars for them to be charging you when:
1. We have a stupid war going on
2. We have kids dying of AIDS
3. Our prison population, one of the largest in the world, is  
    overcrowded with drug offenders
4. Bush is STILL in the White House
5. Illegal immigrants come into this country every day
6. Our education system is mediocre AT BEST
7. I still don't own a Ferarri

I could go on and on.  Good luck tomorrow....

ummmm.....I sorta realize that, but i figure this is so ridiculous there is no way he would go to jail. I mean, what is next?  If I drive by a bank with a gas can in my trunk are they gonna arrest me on suspicion of terrorism too?
