Interview with a producer of GhR2 and game footage

Looks like they are going for a more "shoot em' up" oriented game style..  Angry And a fucking radar in the upper-right corner.. . Hope thats just for the Xbox, or if its for computer aswell that they atleast include server options to restrict it.

Looks like shit. . .

I expected Ghost Recon 2 to be a decent game, that, of course, UBI managed to fuck up ( just like every other Clancy game ). Judging from the video, it's nothing more than a premitive piece of shit.

They take out some of the important aspects of Raven Shield ( ability to actually see your weapon, realistic recoil, etc. ), and make a game with the same disadvantages as GHR had. Looks like GHR with new maps, nothing more. Very disapointing.

I don't know about it looking like shit, the grafix are awesome, I'm more worried if its gonna have the glitching issue all over again.

GhR with new maps and guns sounds great to me, GhR1 was close to perfect allready, cept for the glitching. Best damn tactical shooter there is.

As for the graphics, I can list a dozens games that are out now with better graphics than "GHR2". In 3 years or so when/if it's out for mac, those graphics will seem horrific.

Give it a break typhy, shit if its so freaking shite why is it one of the best loved and most played games on GR? yadda yadda yadda 'camp camp camp' bull shit. Actually i keep going back to GhR for great games cos of those f*ckers in RvS who just camp behind a box for 8minutes before empying a clip in your back..

Back to the interesting stuff though...

Same graphics engine? Welll it sure looks a lot better than before! Seems to be a slightly bizzare mix between AA and RvS ..  certainly looks like they said it would be 'more mainstream' ... Dosn't have to look like the dogs bollocks, its the game play that im really interested in

Aspyr would have to be retarded not to want to port, and to port this game as fast as possible for mac. they will make a lot of money!

About 7 video's there... some great clips of ingame play.... Those trees look fantastic - proper trunks rather than 2d X heh. ingame control like RvS... maps look big!

... there is one bit though where you see some muzzle flash coming out of a wall - the tango's gun seems to be pointing through the edge of the wall..... sound familier?!

I saw actual gameplay at E3 and it was pretty cool. The graphics were an improvement much crisper and cleaner. I think they were playing it off X Box there though.
