I think of getting a mobile Mac. I already have a G5 for high performance work.

What would you prefer guys? Anyone has a ibook 12" isnt the screen to small?
I did some comparison between those two, but it long ago. In this comparison I figured out that the 14" Screen is a less sharp then the 12" -

Is the 14" worth the 300 Eur more.

At the moment I have the option to get the 933 G4 14" for a price of 1200,-
I would say it isnt worth to get the 1Ghz and to pay the 200 Eur just for 67 Mhz as long as I can get the 14" 933Mhz  for nearly the same price as the 1Ghz 12".

Since you have a G5, you don't need a real warhorse portable. At least I'd expect so. So I'd recomend the 12". The 12" is actually really good and it's size and weight make for a wonderful machine. It's 12" screen doesn't affect me much when I use it - I think ppl adapt quickly to it.

can't speak for the ibook but on small laptops i have found my 12inch powerbook to be fantastic and really 100% worth the money... i miss not having the groovy back lit keyboard but other than that... It really depends how much 'Oomph' you need while your on the move.

Since it's not your only Mac, get the 12".

When you need a bigger screen (the one or two times a year), you can plug it into another monitor or just use your desktop.  The 12" is just that much more portable.
