Mods don't work on Panther

I just got Panther and my mods don't work.  The game registers that the mods are there but they fail to work after you activate them.

Have you tried reinstalling? I remember mine wigged out right after I upgraded, but it all runs fine now.

I fixed the problem.  It had something to do with administrative permissions.
