i don't think many "professional design agencies" as they put it, would enter in such a contest for only 10,000$. But Siggames is smart to open it to the public, which saves them a ton of money.

It might be interesting to see who wins in the end, and what it looks like.

Yes for those americans needing visual translations; the lovely image at the top is what we call a "football". The sqashed bannana below is what we don't call footbal.. but rather "american fooball"... because you took the perfectly straightforward and enjoyable game of football and f*cked it up

Also what you call "Baseball" is actually called "rounders"... played by most primery school girls accross the UK.
Basket ball is also a varient of "Netball" except you couldn't keep still with the ball so they let you run around and bounce it.

Acctually i think basketball was invented by a american "sport teacher" . He placed two baskets on opposit sides of the hall up on those "things you can climb"... . Eventually the bottoms of the baskets got removed so you would'nt have to climb after the ball all the time... Thus the name basketball

Your very right joka, they cut the bottoms out of the baskets as it was too much effort trying to get the ball out if someone scored! youve got to admin though.... there is an uncanny resemblance to netball.

Basketball does resemble that sport the Mayans were up too. They throw a ball in a basketball looking contrapment, pretty much at same height and everything. Don't know the rules about movement and all that though. The loosing team got slayed, that I do remember
