Ok, I'll walk you through this very slowly, since that's the only way you will understand.

10.3.2 is the most recent public release of OS X.

10.3.3 is the most recent developer seed of OS X, only available to Select and Premier ADC members.

You claim to have 10.3.3, thus you must have a developer seed.

To have a developer seed, you must either be a developer or a pirate.

You just loudly proclaimed you are not a developer.

Thus, you are a pirate.

Guy, 10.3.3 is a developer seed.  It only went out to developers.  If you have it legitimately, than you are considered a developer.  If you don't have it legitimately, than you are a pirate.  

Is this such a hard concept to figure out?

Either you are on Apple's developer seed list, or you aren't.  If you are, then you are a developer.  If you aren't, then no matter how you got your hands on it, you are a pirate.  The developer seeds are not supposed to go out, so even if someone "gave" it to you, it still makes you a pirate.

Perhaps what he's trying to say is that he legally BOUGHT the developer seed! (On a burned cd for 2 bucks probably.)
