Panthers won 14-3 over the Eagles, Patriots won 24-14 over the Colts.

I'm stickin with my early predictions of the underdog Panthers. Afterall, when the Pats beat the Rams back in Super Bowl XXXVI, they were underdogs, so someone has to return the favor.

The Panthers have nothing on the Pats, nothing at all.

Pats 24-13.

Btw, cutter, what was that you were saying about the Eagles?  Grin

Was I the only one to pick the Panthers? And how about those UCLA products...DeShaun Foster breaking God knows how many tackles for the TD and Ricky Manning Jr. with 3 picks.

As for the Pats...I am impreseed that Ty Law got Peyton 3 times. He had Marvin Harrison covered all day and the Pats D-Line didn't give Peyton the same amount of time in the pocket as he had the previous games. Very impressive victory indeed.

As for the Super Bowl...as much as I love the underdog, I cannot see the Patriots losing to the Panthers. However, I might pick the Panthers if I was given a few points on the spread.

Actually, talking to him as the patriots game ended and the panthers game started, he picked the panthers to win over the eagles.

Secondly, who DIDN'T think the packers were gonna win? Huh

I've dislike the Pat's ever since they beat the Rams, so I only had 1 team to choose that I thought could beat em, plus, if I was to be correct and the Panthers did win, I'd be able to talk a lot of shit Smiley

I'm not sure how Delhomme will handle the Patriots defense, but I have no doubt that the Panthers can shut down their offense. Panthers win 14-9.

Pats over Panthers, 17 - 6.

I think that Smith's confidence will gain him a 100+ running game on feb. 1st.

Only chance the Panther's have is to try and rough up Brady and get him to pass like a blind man with arthritis the way they did with McNabb. Apparently he probably wouldnt even have been able to play if they had made it to the superbowl. Colts-Pats game was the REAL superbowl, imo.

I'm hoping the blimp blows up over the stadium and tens of thousands perish, including the two teams.  I only say this because I despise both teams... despise...

I don't want to see a winner at all.  Hell, if they can cancel the World Series for a year, can't we cancel just one Super Bowl??  Please!?!?   Sad

Although I want the Panthers to win, my instinct says that the Patriots probably will, which is a shame because they are a really boring team.

I predict the patriots walk all over the panthers. I will soon see my prediction become truth.
