While I agree that such rules should come down to a vote, having it in the BL is lame, sense you can just delete cookies and vote over and over.

I say "NO" on proposition "ban the hi-caps" for now. If it really becomes a problem we can revisit the issue.

I say "YES" on proposition "ban the 3rd person". Yes, it makes being dead much less interesting, but there was no 3rd person in ghr and that worked out fine.
