Theres nothing about accidently glitching in the new rules

In the new rules (2.0) there has been made this warning point system. But what happens if u realize and admit that u glitched in the game???

From 1.9: Cheating/glitching is not allowed, that is why it is called cheating. If you accidentally do so by stacking in barrels, walls, etc. You must tell others and commit suicide. If you cheat and gain an advantage (blue dooring on city street or disappearing on Road hill, etc.) your team loses the clanbattle at a score of 6 - 0. If multiple violations occur, you and your clan may be reprimanded. If you aren't sure what glitching is read this thread! Furthers you have the possibility to make cheat tests(see below). If you think you glitched and gained an advantage(won this round) you can immediatley nullify the game and replay it without any penalty.


From 2.0: If your clan brakes any rules you will receive warning points from our admins next to the penalties mentioned in the other rule sets. If you exceed the limit of 3.0 warning points per season your clan, including all players, will be suspended until the end of the season and maybe, after an admin vote, for the next season.

2. A sticky thread is posted at the *DAMN BL forum where you can see how many warning points your clan has received and because of which illegal action.

3. Here is a short list how many warning points/penalty you get for specific illegal actions you or your clan has commited:

* A clanbattle gets posted with a clanmember not registered on the BL site: 0.5 warning points.
* A clan doesn't appear to a sheduled cb in the mainseason: 0.5 warning points
* A clan doesn't appear to a sheduled cb in the finals: 1.0 warning points
* A clan aborts a clanbattle: 0.5 warning points
* A clan gets caught glichting once per clanbattle: 0.5 warning points.
* A clan gets caught glitching twice per clanbattle: 1.2 warning points.
* A replay isn't sent in time(up to one hour later than required else it will be counted as not sent): 0.3 warning points
* A replays isn't sent at all: 1.0 warning points
* Screenshot of a cheat test not sent in time(up to one hour later than required else it will be counted as not sent): 0.3 warning points
* Screenshot of a cheat test not sent: 1.0 warning points
* Player crashes during a cheat test: 1.0 warning points

4. This list will be updated constantly during the season.

5. The warning points apply per clan and not per ladder.


it just says that u get the penality, if u gets caught glitching. But what about if u do it accidently???
Nobody's perfect so we can all sometimes end up in glitches, i remember that Gambit(no offense) a month(or something like that) ago accidently glitched, and i think that that was solved correctly. But now that would just give a penality or what? i dont think that its made clear in the rules what to do, and that it as it is right now only will make thoose who glitches(accidently) be quiet about in the hope that no one will notice it.
Im confused over this as there have been a threat going on about Glitching and penality rules all week and i cant find anything about what to do if u do accidently glitch.

Am im just being stupid or is theres something wrong here??? help me plz

- don't prone in craters. Although not the complete craters are a glitch you shouldn't prone in craters to prevent misunderstandings.

Marcyboy if i think i understand what your saying:

If you find that you have accidently glitched, tell everyone and kill yourself etc then your clan does not recive a warning. - why? because it was accidental and you have resolved the issue in game thus removing the chance that the accidental glitch would play a facter in the cb outcome.

It has not been made clear in the rules that if u accidently glitch and tell the others and commit suicide, then u wont get warning points.

I kinda screwed the point up in my first post as i didnt ekspress myself clearly but i meant that theres nothing about the warning point system and the accidently glitching stuff.

From rule 14, paragraph 3

'If you think you glitched, and gained an advantage (specifically, winning the game), you can immediately nullify the game and replay it without any penalty.'

No suicide, no penalties. Of course you practically need to be out of your body to realize you are glitching!

There does seem to be to be conflicting directions in the two quotes Civic refers to. Is it necessary to kill yourself or just stop the game and start over? Now would probably be a good time to resolve the descrepency.

Also worth underscoring on this point: These are only provisions for when a player realizes he/she is glitching (or presumably if a teammate sees they are glitching and tells them). If the other team is the first to note the glitch, the game is lost by the glitching team and match continues, if appropriate.

now that u say it, i see it. But i think its placed wrong, the accidently glitch is placed at the top of the rule and the "you can immediatley nullify the game and replay it without any penalty" rule is placed longer down in the rule.
I missed it but now i see it, i think that it should be moved together as its supposed to.
