I just happened upon this song the other day, and it quickly became one of my favorites. It's got a very laid-back and relaxing vibe. It's a video game remix, but if you weren't told, you'd never know it. It even fooled Capt. Willard, the pickiest motherfucker about music I've ever known, so don't ignore it just because it's a remix.

Here's the link: Time Chill (Note that on IE, you must "download link to disk" to get the MP3 properly.)

     It's a classic. It's still fun, too.

It does sorta sound like a videogame remix, i dunno what the original song sounds like, but the remix isn't that appealing. Not enough depth for me.
However, the song doesn't sound like the typical overdone gabber/rave/shit remixes of videogame music that come to mind.

btw, when is willard's ghr remix gonna come out?

yep that is one fine avator  Grin

Quite a chill'y' little tune... not quite my thing (its got to much of the 'video game theme' which you just can't miss). but if your into 'that' well....

you want some funky chill out shit? Would suggest you dig out some tunes by "talvin singh" and or perhaps a bit of 'bonobo'

Well there are plenty of good jazz remixes of game music, overclocked remix has quiet a few.

Here are a few

Battle Rocks
Belmont's Lounge
Birdman Clearskies
Midnight Altitude
Merrylittlechristmas - this one is pretty mellow

Note these are not all smooth, mainly the last 2 are smooth jazz .  Midnight Altitude or the Chrismas Nights one is probably my favorite. Birdman and Midnight have the same underlying theme but are arranged differently.

Hope you enjoy.
