Using a Gateway PC internet kiosk on my college campus, I am able to view and reply to all threads.  This computer is on a different sector of the network, though, and thus has different access restrictions.  Through my ISP at home, I could view and start new threads but not reply (using my computer).  I've cleared out most of the obvious caches; maybe I'll see if Jaguar Cache Cleaner can fix my viewing woes.

I'm working on posting screenshots of what I see on my computer.  Stay tuned.
