One shot one kill

Does anybody have problem with the One Shot One Kill (OSOK) weapons mod? If I have it active, I will crash.
One way to go around this is to deactivate OSOK. And if the server has it activated, I can still use the OSOK weapons as a client (even it is inactivated for my machine).
But if I host, with OSOK activated, I will crash.
This is annoying, since I can't host any more.
Any suggestion?
