Just saw an episode of Stargate SG1 wherein one of the team members was using a P90. When she came under attack she emptied her regular clip, then pulled a c-mag out of her pack, slapped it in, and went to town.

Mmm...P90 c-mag!
(just an case any modders are looking for ideas)

The FN P90 does not load in a similar fashion to other weapons. I think that the clip is actually inserted into the butt of the gun.

C-Mag on a p90? Well the obvious problem is that the P90 feeds from a mag which lays flat on the top of the gun. The way it feeds, the end of the mag actually rotates and each round is moved form a lateral to a longitudinal position before entering the gun. A C-mag wold only work in a gun which accepted a conventional style magazine. Maybe the gun you saw was a Steyr AUG?

It wasn't a P90, it was an ultra short M4/C8 with a tac-light, vertical grip and Elcan. Really cool little configuration.

A modified M4? I could accept that. I'll have to look closer next time or possibly check out the SG1 web site. It certainly looked like a P90 at first blush!

I think I'll visit this forum more often, it's hard to find people who know alot about guns.

Thanks Smiley

I sometimes feel crazy when someone makes a mistake naming a gun and I instantly correct them =P
