I have heard wierd stuf, about a mod or utility ( which ever you would like to classify it as) that creates a grid over you map and puts dots were the enemy responds..... maybe i shouldn't be mentioning this in a open forum, but what is this?? and if its true, were do i get my copy!!!

    You've heard right (sort of). You're talking about the command map overlays. They are just a set of new command map graphics that have grids with numbered and lettered columns and rows on them in order to make team communication easier. They don't change the game in any way except that one, so they're not cheats. They fall under the heading of "stuff that should have been in the game in the first place".

     I believe the file section here at *DAMN has the Command Maps. If not, someone will know where to get them.

Okay, now that i have them  how do i install them???

     There should be a how-to document included with them. If not, the files that have the prefix m and MP go into GhR/Mods/Origmiss/Commandmaps and the files prefixed by d and DP go into /GhR/Mods/mp1/Commandmaps. It is recommended that you copy the existing command map files in those folders first, just in case you need them for anything.

Definitely a good investment to have when playing ghost recon, that's for sure.  Anyone who dosent have them should dload them ASAP
