DFA - Tribe: Missing ss for cheattest

ok...here is what happened. only one clan has made us do the cheat test for full screen night vision ([tribe]). one of our guys namd GUNsniper didnt know what to do because he never did a cheat test b4. we won the cb 5-3. at the end of the cb [tribe] said we have to cancel that cb becaus he didnt get the ss's from gunsniper or shasta. it didnt work for shasta for some reason either. he said he couldnt send it. but i think due to the fact that only tribe has made us do this cheat test and we didt know what we had to do(they didnt explainit to us either) the cb shouldnt be cancelled.

About the cheet test, I have a ti powerbook and my f4 button is vol. controll, so I changed the ss button but I cannot get GhR to take a ss no matter what I do. So what am i supposed to do if a clan that I am cbing against calls for a cheet test b/c I canot take a screen shot.

max...u arnt being accused of doing the cheat test. However not many clans know about it because the rule was just made by maulti. Therefore clans need time to ajust to this new rule b4 cancelling a cb. I read the rules about the cheat test and sent my pictures to max and he said they were perfect. Max is the one who brought up the cheat test and asked for it. Therefore he should have explained it to my guys. I havnt explained it to my guys yet because i have never actually seen the cheat test happen. Since no one knew about the cheat test and it was just made by maulti that was a fair clan battle.

P.S.: if we had known how to do the cheat test you wouldnt find anything wrong because we are a fair clan and play by the rules

i really dont agree.
cheat is bad. a rule has been made against it. This rule is VERY important, i dont wanna play against cheaters.
When a rule appear it can be applyed the second after. And no one can complain of not being informed, moreover WEEKS after ! Moreover for a clan who has made dozens of cbs.

we played in the following maps: day castle, training, embassy, and train wreck

Okay, I find this CB a complete waste of time.  One, SAR, a rule for Battle League states that A MEMBER FROM THE CLAN HAS TO READ THE RULES AND FORUM DAILY!  Two, from what MaxsNet has told me, you contridict everything he has posted.  Third,  SAR, if you "weren't informed about it" why did you even accept to the cheat test if you didnt know what is was.  Forth, MaxsNet before the Clan Battle, you should have given the link to the part of the rule that is about the cheat test.  This way everyone is informed.  If anything, this Clan Battle should be re-done for the fact of confusion and miss communication.

rules are there to be followed and as I wrote it in the rules if you fail to do the cheat test the cb will be decided as you would have cheated. The cb won't count. If I go stricter by rules Tribe would get a 6 - 0 win but since only one person failed to do so I'll only nullify the cb THIS TIME.

It's the fair thing to do.  this is the way that people will make sure to read the ruels thoroughly before they play a cb.  Tribe deserves the win, and I wholeheartidly agree that this is the best solution for clans that do not read the rules.
