Sad day for me, my B-day, and the day my son shipped out for Kuwait. Hes standin tall and taking care of business. Damn, dont it feel good to be a American? Keep all our troops ( American and UK) in your thoughts guys and gals.

Ah shit man, Happy belated Birthday Mac. I wish I woulda known, I'd have thought up something to give ya. That's gotta make you pretty darn proud though. I'm sure he'll be ok, and I'm sure he's got his dad's winning personality so he's obviously one of the most popular guys in his unit.

LOL, yeah hes pretty outgoing, must get that from his mother  Grin.

Im sure hes popular, at least now, the kids a monster, hes 6'7 and about 220, lol. Mind you, he was alot heavier before boot camp.  Cheesy

He said dad, " Dont worry, we have two choppers watching our back, 50's on most vehicles, m16's with 7 clips of ammo, oh and by the way, pops, Im assigned to the saw"  Grin.

I raised that boy shooting small animals out of trees with a .22 cal. rifle, I feel sorry for any Iraqi that sticks his head up while hes on watch.

We received a call last night from a Delta Airlines Flight Attendant, she actually called to say he made it to Kuwait safe and we should be proud. I was surprised she called, they sure didnt have to do that. Made us feel good.

I didnt get to ask my son if he became a member of the mile high club  Grin
