1v1 Ghost Recon is quite dumb. Ghost Recon is completly team based, and very few maps could be used for a 1v1 tourney in GHR.

i have only played a few times but those were very fun and challenging... those games are all about you and how you play not your team. even tho ghr is a team based game it still takes individual strategy to play

sure.. make your own tournament. I will laugh when the matches turn into 3-4 hour camp-battles. Cool

Perhaps a small 2v2 tourney as well? That's always pretty fun.

The marines are so good they took a jeep into some Iraq village trying to get ambushed, they refueled 6 times and did everything they could to get ambushed. and didn't!
Then the same people take in a army jeep and try not to get ambushed and they do. but the marines kill them all and go home.

Typhy, sorry, but I don't think you could kick my ass in GhR, let alone VooDoos. Sorry, but you aren't exactly god ( pardon the pun ) at GhR yet.

I think a 1 vs 1 GhR torunament is a great idea, not dumb. As much as some of you RSers will argue, I belive that a GhR 1 vs 1 might  (here come the offensive part) require a little more stratagy than it would in RS.  I think a 2 vs 2 is just fine also, either way, I'm all for it.

Typhy, don't be so quick to bash ideas, even more so about games you don't play that often.  It would be fun to see, who would win a 1 vs 1....
Would it be VooDoo ?
Or possibly Flies ?
Maybe Lin ...
or my good man Eight...
Don't forget Joka...

I stray from my topic. It's a good idea (to people who play GhR) so lets try to get one.

The victory is not to be a target, but to win

I can see a 1 vs 1 game.  Although I can understand why Typhy dosent see it happening.  Only a true ghost recon player can truly experience the fullness fo the game, even a 1 vs 1.  So I can understand why Typhy has no clue.  But that is ok.  and Horda is right, there is other Battle League's out there that do involve a 1 vs 1 match.
