Comments about the season! :)

Of course, as always, I have some things to say about the season.

This was perhaps the best season yet. It featured great competition, and some very good CBs.

First off, I'd like to congratulate the top 3 clans: The first placed FiRE, the second placed AK, and the third placed RnT. Great job, guys.

FiRE: You were the most consistant clan on the ladder. You were there the whole time, and winning CBs. While other clans had membership issues, you were there fighting. You won the CBs that you should've won, and did what you needed to against the top clans. Congratulations on your first Battle League Victory.

AK: Skill wise, the best clan on the ladder. You played great. Membership issues were the killer. You 'lost' the person who did most of your CBs, however, at the end of the finals, it seems that you've began to get things back together, and once again, I expect you to be fighting for the top spot next season.

RnT: RnT would be my pick for next season. They have great balance. They've got skills, teamwork, activity, and the ability to setup CBs. I look at their two losses in the finals, and both were because of dumb mistakes by them; not warming up before CBs. I expect you to also be fighting for #1 next season.

And of course, the other top 6 clans:

MP5: I want to thank Mysterio - My teammate. Way to go. You played great, you got the kills in the CBs when it counted, and you were always there for me. Great work, Myst. Hopefully we can get some more members, and be a top clan again next season.

KotA: Uh, yeah, well, nothing really to say about you guys. Nice work this season, and good luck in the next.

Freak: Heh, I hope to see you doing lots of CBs again next season. You've got good skills, and always make for an extremely fun CB. Great sportsmanship. Good luck next season.

It's obvious that there are some problems with the finals setup, but overall, I think it will work out well, it just could use a few small improvements.

Way to go guys, great fighting, and I look forward to some more CBs next season.

Well, congratulations to all that participated on this season, and shame on you fools that avoided playing us in the Finals! cough*FiRE*cough!

It was a fun Season, and we were happy to snag #2 from the RnT's  

It was just a shame to have been turned down so many times by FiRE.  Too many times from Casper, twice from Hazard and twice from iMat(they had teamates available too! )

Also, a need for new BL mods is a must, as it was obvious we got really really bad calls made against us, simply because certain BL mods don't like us(you know who you are)  The call of letting KotA keep a current score, and given a chance to finish a CB they had technically forfeited, was as bad of a call as letting the RnT's count a crashed game.  But hey, "everything's fair" (not)

FrEaK's put up a great fight this season, and with their new additions, should make them great competitors once again this season.

RnT's are just plain lame.(Thanks for counting crashed games cheap bastards  (No respect for absalon or bamm)

KotA's died tonite when NukeRain closed down the clan.  But hey, they were there while it lasted. (Zak, you did awesome stoner.  Don't let your noob teamates(pat) bring you down)

MP5, would've been cool if you ACTUALLY CB'ed us when we had that one chance when we were all on(and typhy decided to avoid us and play MoH instead! BAH!).  I'll be expecting you to play all the noob clans the max amount you're allowed to next season. , so I'll expect you guys to do good.   (Also, it'll be fun to CB you when you get around to it one of these day )

FiRE gets no love from us, simply for denying to CB us during the FINALS.    (How much cheaper can you get!?)  (Infection, you're not the only leader, in case you start to say "BS RAPID, YOU DIDN'T ASK ME!".  Remember that you stated on here and on GR you were "sick and couldn't play".  I didn't have to ask you.  I knew your answer.  But I did ask your teamates in hope of better sportsmanship out of them.  Too bad you brainwashed them already.

Well as usual this season sucked with the wrong clan winning the BL...not saying FiRE isn't skilled, just saying I think their are more skilled clans out their.
And Rapid, Nuke was'nt the all supreme leader of KoTA...Rancy and Pun have just as much say in the clan...so until all 3 of them say KoTA is dead..it's not.
Just a few comments as Ive read all these lame posts and threads...Pat, you are our second weakest member not grape. I am first obviously, but Im done fuckin around...all you bitches will die. Typhy, you are stoned if you think you and Myst could beat Pun and Zak...as far as talent goes they are spread out over the top 6 clans pretty evenly I think, and some are even in clans that did'nt make the top 6.

Rapid is skilled like that, Ross. =D I just wanna say how much fun it was CBing to DEA (and losing both times.) Those were the only 2 CB's I've ever been in that we lost (minus a CB with |U| last season.) Hopefully we'll rape you guys next season.

Typhy, thank you for your comments but it's going to look like I need to lock this thread, Rapid showing nobody respect and everyone yelling at him for it.

Rapid, you never, ever asked me for a cb during the finals.  Fine if my other leaders didn't want to, but I am Infection, if they didn't want to I would have.  Think about it this way man.  What the hell did I have to lose?  We had a huge lead and already had played the four other clans.  Why would I deny you a cb when I promised you one?  I know you said that I'm not the only leader, but maybe I'm the only leader that would have accepted, so you should have asked me.  All I wanted to do was finish with fun and get some members that didn't play a lot into some cb's at the end.  Casper hadn't played all season and won two finals cb's last night.  I think we earned our spot as did everyone else.  I am a bit sorry to see RnT go down so badly after they were so close all season and have to fall to you but oh well, things go wrong.  All in all a pretty good season.

Very competative and everyone earned their spots.

Infection, while it wasn't your fault we didn't have active members during this last weekend, it was your teamate's fault for not accepting CB challenges from me when we were on and ready earlier in the FINALS.  As matter of fact, I remember asking casper and imat for a CB, while you were on the main chat crying that you were sick and not in the mood to CB(you were telling typhy this).  Anyways,  I know |?K| earned their spot and we were happy to rape RnT of their spot in the end.  MP5 Earned their spot.  FrEaK earned their spot.  KotA was there.  FiRE proved that strategy can win the ladder.  All in all, fun season.  But I will give FiRE props on taking out both MP5 and RnT.  No props for denying us a CB when we had member's on though (During the FINALS too!)  We were hungry to kill you, and you seen that from a mile away...  

Anyways, Gj to everybody that CB'ed this season!!!

Rapid, to me, complaining about the results of a battle league, and disputing CBs after the result of them has been decided is much like yelling "BS" after a Rogue Spear game. What's it change? Nothing. When I pick up a 6, 7, or 8 kill, and someone yells "BS U WARPER," my opinion of my work doesn't change at all, all that changes, is I consider that person a whiney complaining dumbass.

After a result is decided, take it with honor, congratulate the other clan, wether you agree with it or not, and move on.

Casper: Rapid has a right to complain about you ducking CBs if you have him on block. I never block players in RS clans, because it might make me miss a CB challenge.

Thanks for the kind words, Casper, but I doubt that MP5 would've won the battle league. We may have good skills, but a 2 member clan set itself up for lots of fluke losses. For a 2 man clan, 4-5 wins for every loss is considered very good. With as many losses as we would've picked up, I doubt we could've kept up. However, another angle to look at that, is that had we started from the begining of the season, we'd likely have more members.

Please guys, back off. Rapid, you've had your word, now you can stop responding unless you have a more on topic post, perhaps some of you should start your own thread titled "Flame style comments about the season". I want this thread to remain open, we just had a very good season, with some exellent competition, must we talk about it like it's a BS issue over a CB?

btw: I think that all the bl mods have there heads screwed on pretty tight. I can say this though, if a mod is involved in a "problem", he cannot be part of the solution. That is why there are several mods.
