Bush is a dumbass. He is proposing a Tax Cut that will take away BILLIONS of revunue from government coffers right before he is to launch us into a war with Iraq while we are still in Afghanistan. Tax Cuts and a two front war is not a good thing for the economy.
Actually, this is kinda simple to explain.
The American Democracy was created by people in a time where things like corporations didnt exist, so there were no laws regulating. Im not going to go into the whole process of how corporations started, but once they did and had huge amounts of money, they figured out how to legally control the government. They buy and legally bribe politicians like Bush, and in return, he helps them get even more money. Those tax cuts will give the select few that are very rich a huge break, by removing the double tax on dividends, letting them keep millions of dollars that should have gone to the govt. Most americans wont save more than a few bucks from this tax cut. Instead, the double tax on the things that most ppl lose their money on, still remains.
