hosting with airport. (again)

If you log onto gameranger, you may notice evill's new page that he put up on how to host with routers. ok, so i read through that, but if I click on port mapping in the airport admin utility, there's a table set up, and in each row, there's a space for public port, a space for private IP address, and a space for private port. What do I put in these to set up my airport to be able to host rogue spear games through gameranger. I think Bucc knows, he often says he does.
