Don't mind him. Sin rips on anything that is related to Macs or might be ported to Macs. It causes one to wonder if maybe he is just bitter that he no longer owns a Mac and must rip on them 24/7 to make himself feel better about his current computer.

I have it for the PC Ace...SPearhead sucks. They changed the gameplay, added weapons, and changed the value for the weapons. Also, there are now grenade launchers and the sort and they are glitched.

You can waste $30 on it if they port it, your choice.

The GL is attached to the Mauser...pretty gay. Also, the shotgun isnt a one hit kill anymore. There are more, but I would get too frustrated listing all of the downfalls of spearhead.

oooonnnoo the shotgun isent one hit kill anymore, maybe because it was already a lame gun, how bout some skill assasin, like the mauser kar, isent hard weapons that are hard to use an assains way? you know show some skill effort, and when did the KAR get GL, i played the god dam game, nothing of the such, lee enfiled has to rock though, i love bolt actions (i own a lee enfield at home)    i played the expan pack, the only 2 dowfalls for me were is the snow stage with the tank i couldent work out how to get the skicky bomb on, and the russians dident have BAR's   the DP LMG should of been there instead of the BAR. even though you use it l8r on a tank

Damnit, i'm drunk... but thats not the point,
the problem with MOH isn't the sucky guns, its the shitty online experience. the only time i was able to have fun playing MOH was on Ace's host (which i got mid 60s pings from). i didn't really like the single player or anthing else about the game.

i feel the need to defend my one-hit shotty? just because you n00bs cant handle the heat i bring with my too-hotty shotty. seriously though, i think it is a fair weapon to use because you arent going to kill anyone with it unless you happen to be two inches away from their face. only gun worthy of banning in that game is the fuxxing rocket launchers. using the rocket launcher in mohaa is like using the sniper rifle but not having to aim. and playing online mohaa used to be fun, until everyone decided to host "rifles only" games on GR.

Rifles only games are the best way to play moh. They force you to aim. SMG's and MG's are mainly spray and pray and the shotty is the "one hit wonder". Rocket launchers can be fun if you know how to avoid them. Besides, back in the 40's rifles were the main weapon of choice. Sure they had all the others but no one had experience with them.

They weren't weapons of choice, they were weapons of necessity. M1's and Mauser rifles were the easiest guns to produce and the most reliable guns to produce.

The problems with the others (MG's, SMG, shotties)  is that they required specialized training. MG's were a squad firing weapon wtih generally 1-2 people having them, SMG's were used by Lieutenants and the sort, and shotguns were only brought in when they had to enter trenches and bunkers.

When I said weapons of choice I meant that they were easy to use and were easy to produce and train for. Not that that's what everyone wanted. I wasn't aware that only Lieutenants were using the SMGs. I thought those who had specialized training could use those weapons no matter what their rank.

They needed specialized training, but often do to a lack of the weapons, only officers and top enlisted men were able to procure them. MG's could be used by anyone as long as they were trained with the weapon.

Added on: Oh yeah, Rocket Launchers were only used for tanks do to a lack of Bazookas and ammo

omg, rifles only are the best games! and as for the shotties "arent good for long range" well i agree your absolutly right! but considering MOHAA MP is mostly indoor and close quaters it is turned into the one "hit wonder". generaly ppl would like ppl to use rifles/smg's only but because there are other ppl who are just wont stop over useing ROckets And Shotties other ppl use them to combat them.

whats this about me being a newb? oooo realy! whos starting the flame war now, i have been playing MOH for heaps long, and only useing mainly rifle or SMG, or BAR, because there fair weapons.

only weapon in the game that isent rifle that can be over used is MP40, because in WW2 it was mass produced, easy to operate and clean, low jaming with good service. anyways mauser was a a gun they should of made more powerfull and faster to use, because it ca not compete, but thats why it takes. the reason i hate rifles-only games is that they destroy the game for anyone with lag (aka me) when i use smgs, i can prefire and use timing to my advantage and pwn. py, you've seen the difference between me playing with an smg and a rifle? its not a pretty site. so unless my ping is 50 or less (which it rarely is) rifles really dont own at all. i can deal without mgs, rockets, shotties, or anything else??just dont take away my beloved smg.
