I can't make IDF 1.3 work

Hey I've been hooked on the IDF mods since I found em.  But I can't get the new one to work right.  I've tried reinstalling them, but even that didn't help.  Everytime I try to host with it I get dumped back to the chat room.  If you know what I've done wrong, please let me know.

A small fix has been performed to the upgrade version, fixing a problem with one of the .atr files. Since there was a small amount of DL's at the time, no additional patch was issued, and this problem was only in the upgrade version. Check the thread "IDF specialist bug fixed", it should answer your problem. Also when on MP, make sure everyone has the same version, that's it!
