OK, I found and repaired the specialist bug, (One GR specialist that caused CTD's when selected) then re-uploaded the repaired downloads. You can re-DL the patch,

http://www.fileplanet.com/dl/dl.asp?/planetrainbowsix/dtd/dtd_idf_13up.zip

... or you can manually fix the bug, it's really quite easy.

1. Locate and open yourGhost Recon\mods\{DTD_IDF} folder, then locate and open the actor/hero folder.

2. Inside this folder is a folder titled "new folder". Open it, and copy the file named "astra_galinski.atr".

3. Paste it into the actor/hero folder, replacing the old one. That's it, everything should be fine now.

I was using this specialist .atr file to test out new characters while working on the IDF mission pack, substituting them into the file to view them in-game. I apparrently(!) forgot to change it back before I packaged it up! Sorry for the hassle.

@Dijeeh, I can appreciate wanting to have a bug fixed, but posting about it in multiple topics and asking different team members to fix the same bug is not only annoying, but it's also not necessary. I want the bugs fixed way more than you probably do, trust me.

Question, Is it possible to access the characters that are for IT and DS that you have in IDF?

I wan't to see how they look , even if they are out of place in standard Ghost Recon!
