I was desperately trying to play mp games on ubi with this mod lastnight. We got one game working when played in combination with DAGRM8 but everygame we tried with just IDF 1.3 crashed as soon as the mission was launched. Is there a bug? Someone suggested in might have something to do with the way the mod utilizes the read me files but I'm no expert.

I may have found a solution. It appears to work fine so long as IDF is given higher priority then Desert Siege and Island Thunder. I will continue to experiment.

You got it Mike. I haven't had trouble with IDF working with any other mods, as long as it is top priority. Just played through "postcards from peru", damn that's a great mission campaign! Most fun I've had playing GR yet.

Further research indicates the following, in multiplayer only have had no problems at all in sp. IF playing DS or Ti maps mp1 and mp2 need to be higher priority or you get the IDF weapons but not skins. When playing original GR maps either disable Mp1 & Mp2 or give them lower priority. Dont know why this is happening but there it is. As I said only a problem when hosting multiplayer games.

I have Ghost Recon 1.4 with IDF 1.3 and No Expansion packs whatsoever
IDF is the only mod running.
The game would CTD in Single Player.
I tried to have a multiplayer game with a friend of mine and his server keeps crashing, We have the same versions, NO expansions and NO other mods.
IDF IS at highest priority that way.
This is a bug in your development, Not a priority issue.
Work it out.

Please note, it would CTD afte rthe mission finished loading just like described in the first post.
Same happened to my friend when he was hosting internet game.
We were not using Ubi service either just IP to IP
Offtopic.. How much would i expect to pay for Desret Siege and the other expansion pack in Australia?
Never really a fan of paying more for little... but i think Ghost Recon deserves it.

$80 can buy you a full game! Anyway! About the bug. It's not just a problem with having to set the mods priority high! God damnit! It's happening to me and IDF is the only mod i have installed, and i Don't have any expansions installed at all! The game will CTD after the mission loading is finished and it seems to do it mostly in Multiplayer.

Dijeeh, The r.r.p. for Desert Siege is 29.95AUD* & Island Thunder is 49.95AUD Last week, I wasn't able to find I.T. at Electronic Boutique, although its supposed to be already out (I bought MOHAA Spearhead instead & finished its sp campaign in a day ). *AUD = Australian dollars

When I find out something, I'll post the news. No need to repost the problem repeatedly.

You're right MOHAA Spearhead wasn't worth buying - I liked the original though .

CHeck the IDF 1.3 specialist bug fixed thread, try the fix on all your machines and try again. There's nothing in your IKEcrash file that would show the crash was caused by an IDF file, usually the name of the problem file is listed. This may or may not mean anything, but I'd try the fix mentioned above 1st. Also, I'd turn off the windowblinds app.
