As for the age issue...while playing in a game, it really makes no difference as long as they don't act retarded. When PsYcO was high and mighty, SPloosh was only 12 - by far our youngest player...but he was fun to play with and we had a good time (I think the average age of PsYcO was 17-18). As long as the people act responsible, you can have a good time playing with them and not have to worry about their age.

However, age plays a role on these forums - especially in debates. Since no one has mentioned you yet Zaitsev   I will use you as an example. In many cases, the age of a person shows how much they have learned and what their information sources are...the younger they are, the less they have learned and are more likely to get their facts from parents and propaganda laced websites. Of course Zaitsev has been guilty on this issue but I wont drag it any furthur.

i hope this isnt a shot at my favorite beer thread - a topical and important issue. and although the issue of age comes through in the forums, i never really knew or cared to know the ages of the people i was playing with. guess it just doesnt seem that important - the again, i never really talk to the young'ns that much.

in the seattle area its widly known what stores sell to minors, so i haven't really had a problem getting beer on my own. Plus 2 of my good friends are 21 already, so i can go shopping for beer with them. And when i'm visiting my friends at college in bellingham (city near canada), i can just go up to BC and get faded.
