was going to D\L it but then read u need a high speed modem to play which i don't have  as i live in the sticks an can only get a dial-up network pissed me right off just have to wait for the game.  |

You guys dont have a puter you can network with in your house? Thats what I did, works fine, also they said nothing under a 750 processor would run it (actually the new min requirements are 600 processor, but my 550 runs it just fine)

I'm runnin solo.. onluess. I can get this game loaded on my uncles 166...heheh(I'm totaly serious about him having a 166)
I actually found a decent server to play on last night, Wow what a game.. I'm really impressed.

This was definitely worth the 3 hour wait for the download...it just might take me away from Ghost Recon once the full version comes out.
I think you guys @ DTD will have a fun time making mods for this game.

Would love too Cobra but cant. My sattelite connection is terrible for online gaming. worst than any lag you have experienced. Has something to do with the signal haveing to travel from earth to sat, then back down to earth. Imagine about a 1 sec delay everytime you attempted to do something. Its terrible.

DAMN!!! I just posted in the SplinterCell post aboot RvS. I didnt know about the Dial Up deal.. No wonder my lil' brother couldnt play it on his puter. He's 56.. That F**in blows. Well, for dialup-er's. Ouch The fact the ones who cant play the demo, they just have to sit there and whatch and be like..  .. But its worth the w8. Oh My iit is.. And the just thinking aboot teh w8 of when DTD gets to play around on it with mods (more then likely theres gunna be some DTD mods -they'll probably own like always)  |
