Looks awesome Mac. I agree about the scale, particularly the ammo box. The texture for it is kinda ugly too. Also if you're going to remake the model can you put the bipod down like the one used in IDF. Looks like it's actually being used when prone.

I meant the texture for the ammo box.  Shocked The 48 and Eotech are great. However I love the bipod on the 46 that Coco did, I'd love to see something similar on that.  Roll Eyes

Hey mac, looks good but I'd say:
Shrink the Eotech a little, and make the ammo box and the carry handle bigger. Don't worry about the box texture, I can take care of that no problem. I guess I'd flip the legs down too, I suppose it looks best that way. Other than that, looks good to me! Hand positioning is dead-on. Just make yourself happy with it.

The box texture is messed up because its "smeered" on the sides, should have textured all sides, I dont usually though, plus its stretched really bad. Coco can u fix it? I really tried to put some detail into this one, coco's texture is awesome. I even modeled the rail underneath the wep that the foregrip is attached too. I wished I knew how to "cut" the holes in the ahhh....damn you know the little box thing over the barrel  Grin (Hey we dont have mk48's in prison armory) Im sure one of you bookheads can tell me what the hell it is. Anyway, it would be sweet with those holes actually cut out. Im too lazy to trace each one  Cool

That looks awesome Mac. The only things I'd recommend is spreading the bipod legs out longer and the ammo box still looks alittle too thin for 7.62mm bullets. Other than that it's aces in my book.


The front RIS over the barrel could be done by using alpha channel textures and just modeling the box shape hollow. SnowFella did something similar with his Ares Shrike mod as did Earl with his M240B.

Done SC, put bipods at about 45 degrees, made box thicker. Looks better. Ill pass files to coco, he can work his magic as well.

Ive never used alpha channels, never learned. Glad you like the model, its hot.

Hey Mac just make the box thicker, front to back, I can fix the texture, looks ok otherwise to me.  Remember those belt rounds have to fit in there  side by side. I can do the alpha channel on the texture, it's pretty easy, I just wanted to get the texture to ya.

Mac, got the Mk48 done, also did the alpha channel on the texture, now all the spots where there are supposed to be holes, you can see right through. Then I went ahead and added alpha's to all the gun textures that needed em, lol.
Cob that's a nice FAL, how about a 40 round mag for that thing, make it more of a squad wep? I've seen the mags in the tapco catalogs so I know they're legit.

@Cobra - That FAL looks really good. Looks like a cross of the Israeli FAL and the Canadian C2.
- ogre_h might be able to help you with the Glock 20 pic. He's good like that.
