It apears to me that KoA wants to piss people off.  First off,  they copied a past clan name "CIA".  Many people protested aganst them, and changed their name to KoA.  The first incident wasn't so bad, but to basicly copy a second time is just antagonizing.  "KoA=Killers of All, OoA=Owners of All"  and KoA says they couldn't think up of another name.

Put a end to this.

I hadn't realized that OoA had trademarked the phrase "of All".  If we thought their name was too close to yours we wouldn't have allowed it...but I wouldn't have even known that is what OoA meant unless I was told.  People only remember the tags, not what the tags mean.  As such I asked Ult if he thought it was to close to KoS to be allowed and he was fine with it.

Well, "killers" and "owners" can be replaced with each other, and you will get the same picture.  Clearly they could of been more creative.

Well, I never said it was creative...not many of the clan names are very creative...I mean, CIA, MI6, FBI...could we please name every security/defense/spy/whatever type of group...why not the DoD, or the most frightening of all, the DoJ, Department of Justice.  Will ignore your constitutional rights faster than a speeding bullet.

And a note for Bucc...I'm not insulting you here, I'm just making a joke which would be funnier if I wasn't forced to write this sort of disclaimer to avoid being told I'm being a hypocrite when I tell people to not be insulting.

bondo, you forgot the most creative clan name "crazy urban noob tkers"
i do think that the koa name is  a little close to OoA. i don't think you should alow it, let those noob name theifing hosers make a creative name.
what if there was a clan named *RAMN or +-PoS-+.
oh well, i guess Cunt will join the norm, and our new clanname will be Crazy Urban Noob Tkers of ALL or "?(uNtoA?

well, isn't it alittle ironic that KoA has created another similar named clan.  they can be more lenient, and pick another name(you know it).

hope you like my name Grin

Just like Rapid's threat to make a pink DAMN icon because I didn't ban Jeb for making a pink AK icon, I don't consider your using DAMNit as very important to me Wink.

Although, i used it to make a humorus point.  didn't intend it to be insulting Wink

We know they should be alttile more repectful.  And, this is not a little icon.  You could even perceive it as a step down from the nads and ak spoof sites, and a step above the icons.  Seeing how you don't care about it much, would the rest of *DAMN dislike another clan to have nearly the same tag and same meaning as their own.

If Ult said he didn't like it i'm sure you would of had a different veiw point.  I feel like you are giving me a hard time. Perhaps, we should wait on the other admins opions.

KoS + OoA = KoA!   Duh!  Grin

Bondo said it!  If KoS doesn't care, why should OoA care?  Anyways, OoA is banned from BL so it doesn't matter.  They don't get to play, claim or complain to BL for that matter when you're banned.  KoA is ok to use that name since OoA isn't allowed in the BL anyways.  My 2?.

BTW, I would've put on pink*DAMN  icons if I had to  Wink  Of course, Bondo had pre-ordered one...

Last night on gr, Rabid asked me (seroiusly) if i knew where he could find an aimbot.
Of course, even though i suck at rs, i have absolutely no idea where to find one or even if one Does exsist for the mac.
I have a feeling that i wasnt the only person he asked.
Just letting you know that KoA may become the next NiX from what i see.

Btw, Rabid, dont you ever talk about something you dont understand or practice. A 12 year old yelling at me about Loyalty when i joined m4, then he leaves m4 the next day. n00b.

rapid, our ban ends 1 of nov, thats friday

bondo, ult was ok witht the name cause  the word "killers" have been used for alot of clans like example: |AK| aggressive killers, but if the name of koa was ToS (tkers on spree) he wouldnt like the "on spree" and thats how we feel about "of all".

KoS is Killers on Spree?  I would have never known.  The point is, no one really cares about what the acronyms stand for, so I don't care if they do copy you as long as their tag is different enough that it won't cause confusion.  That is why I asked Ult...not because of any name sharing.

Killers of all,
owners of all
its a little close
I'm confused by rapid on this one because he jumped all over my ass when i made a side scrolling gif and he wanted me banned, but that aparently is different concerning OoA.
All rob wants is a new for the new clan to create a clanname that doesn't contain 2/3rds of words his does.
I propose that we just wait for the noob clan to disburst later in the week.

How nice of Bondo to speak for everyone.  Bondo, my clan and I care about a noob clan imitating  us. Jeb, is mostly right, the tag letters are 2/3 the same as ours, but how about the meaning.  Some how, Bondo speaks for everyones opion on this matter.  Have some rational, they are coping 2/3s of our apearances and nearly all of our meaning, yet they are noobs.

Yes, but the question I'm asking...how exactly does their choice of name affect you?  Does their being n00bs somehow hurt your clan's reputation or do you really feel people will mistake their clan for yours?  Those are the reasons I'd be concerned about a name choice...not the meaning of the name being similar.  I am unconvinced that their clan name has any impact on your clan so I don't see why I should feel that I should prevent them to use it just because you want me to.

Well, I feel as though its to close. I think that the KoA tag is fine and ur right bondo, no one would think 2wice about it if no one knew the meaning behind there tags. Unfortunalty we do and they have used a tag meaning thats to close to ooa's. Lets give it a week before we decide to do anything and as jeb said the noob clan will probably disban. Agreeable Rob???
