Iv'e heard good about both, I have a 4200Ti 64 DDR, got a smokin deal though less than a hundred bucks at Best Buy on an "open item". It's six of one or half dozen of the other I think, not sure you can make a bad choice given your options

I've got a Ti4400 128DDR from MicroStar with some overclocking ability - and I am MORE than satisfied... It simply just kix ass!
