Are pc players alowed to cb?  Or is just a mac battle leauge?

The only true Mac R6/RS clanladder

Guess that answers my second question, but (Im not saying who because theyll be pissed at me) pc players are cbing now like that bluntman guy.  I really dont mind if they play but are they alowed to?

Yes, at the moment there are no rules prohibiting PC players from participating in CBs.

By the "true" Mac ladder, i believe that applies to mac clans, not mac players only

Nothing against the PC players but they shouldn't play. When people hear PC player in RS they think cheats and they become paranoid that the other person has an aimbot every time a headshot is pulled off. Before the PC anticheat there was so much accusation in PC world, even when test were conducted they can be avoided so easily by hot keys on an aimbot. There is no way to stop a PC person from cheating but there are a lot of honest players so I think it should be the clans descision to accept the player or not.
