Uziel Gal, inventor of the classic UZI submachinegun in the 1950's, died in Philadelphia today. Read about the origins of this gun and about Uziel at the link below..

The below pic was taken shortly after the Hinkley assasination attempt on Ronald Reagan. Hinkley was subdued by UZI fire. Uzi SMG's have enjoyed much use in the Secret Service.
