I have a question, more of an opinion actually, I don't think that in 1v1s, ties should be counted. - I think that they just give the host more of an advantage, considering that the host has the lag advantage. Please tell me what you think.

Typhy...not counting ties would give host further advantage.  By counting ties you don't give the host a second chance to win.

So ties MUST be counted if you don't want host to have that extra advantage.

Well, I feel that it's really stupid to win a battle by a tie. Xo had me down 5-3, and we tied, and he won off of a tie, I don't think that is right, perhaps rather than doing best out of 10, battles should be done first to 6.

Typhy, host games should be even.  So if you throw out a tie on one host and let him host again, the host has had the host advantage for an extra game.  You might not like ties, but they are a part of the game and their inclusion is essential to keeping the host situation even.
