Just kinda curious, a question for the fellas with a PC and Ghost Recon...How big are the maps, and how long do the online games tend to drag on for? I'm kinda hopin' for big maps and long, long games. The only way I can do this with RS is with the Watchers Woods mod and banning sniper rifles. Good times. ST6 maps are good for that too..ANYWAYS. How big are the maps compared to..say..bunkers? I'd figure quite a few times bigger, but I've never played the game, or talked to anyone who has.

There are big maps, and there are small maps, but more big than small. However, some big maps such as M15 Red Square get made much smaller due to the fact that people generally stay in the combat zone of the actual square.

As for length of gameplay...length is determined by the host, it can be set for as long or as little as you want. Hell, I won a Ghost Recon tourney a month ago that was a 60 minute free for all with infinite spawns.

Speaking of spawns, the host can also determine the amount of spawns will be for everyone in the game.

But if you guys always whine about the larger maps, never fear...some brilliant PC guys ported all of the R6 and RS maps in a map pack for Ghost Recon...so you will never be too far away from your roots.

dyudes just give Recon  little chance. If we don;t support recon then they will loose money and that company won't produce mac games.
